You will work alongside experienced culinary professionals, following recipes, production schedules, and BEOs to ensure timely, accurate meal preparation and service. Opportunities to advance as you grow your culinary skills.

Qualifications

• 6 months of food preparation or kitchen experience preferred.
• Basic knife skills.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow recipes, prep lists, timelines, and instructions.
• Strong work ethic and team-first attitude.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and menu items according to recipes and production schedules.
• Assist with grill, prep, line, or banquet production as assigned.
• Follow BEOs and recipes to ensure food is prepared accurately and on time.
• Maintain proper food temperatures throughout preparation and service.
• Rotate, label, date, and store products using FIFO.
