Job summary

Craft Culinary Concepts LLC is seeking a Cook II to join Arizona's premier event kitchens, delivering high-quality food at State Farm Stadium during major sporting events and concerts. You will work across multiple stations, ensuring consistency, safety, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of culinary experience, knife skills, and the ability to follow recipes and timelines.

Qualifications

• 1 year of culinary experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment.
• Ability to read and follow recipes, prep lists, timelines, and written instructions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on the event schedule.
• Valid Maricopa County Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, menus, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Ensure food is prepared, held, and served at proper temperatures.
• Rotate, label, date, and store products using FIFO procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized workstations throughout each shift.
• Communicate inventory needs and food quality concerns with kitchen leadership.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing deliveries.
• Support fellow team members and work multiple kitchen stations when needed.
• Complete opening, closing, and cleaning procedures.
• Help create an efficient, positive, and team-focused kitchen environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
