Job summary

Craft Culinary Concepts is seeking a part-time Cook I for events at State Farm Stadium. You will prepare premium food items per menus/BEOs, delivering high-quality taste and presentation while keeping the guest experience central.

As a Cook I you’ll guide and support Cook II/III and Prep Cooks, follow health and safety procedures, and work across stations to support busy events with energy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in premium food preparation in a fast-paced/high volume environment.
• Superior knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment.
• Must be able to interact verbally and listen attentively to co-workers and supervisors.
• Ability to follow written, oral direction, prep lists and timelines.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Must have valid Maricopa County Food Handler’s Card or equivalent.
• Must have ability and desire to report to work on time as scheduled in an event driven team environment.

Responsibilities

• Observe and practice all established health and sanitation procedures.
• Ensure all food products are prepared, held and served at correct temperatures.
• Ensure proper rotation, labeling and dating of all products.
• Always use proper utensils and portions.
• Keep work area clean, sanitized, and organized.
• Coordinate menus/BEOs to ensure timely cooking.
• Assist with restocking of food items and deliveries as needed.
• May be assigned to work multiple stations throughout the shift.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and cleaning.
• Follow sanitary practices for food handling and kitchen maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as required.
