Job summary

Craft Culinary Concepts LLC is seeking a Cook III for entry-level leadership in our high-volume stadium kitchen in Arizona. You will support the kitchen team by preparing ingredients, cooking menu items, and maintaining food quality and safety standards.

You’ll work alongside experienced chefs and cooks during premium food service for stadium events, assisting with grill, prep, line, and banquet production and contributing to successful event execution.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of food preparation or kitchen experience preferred.
• Basic knife skills and familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced culinary environment.
• Ability to follow recipes, prep lists, timelines, and verbal instructions.
• Strong work ethic with a positive, team-first attitude.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality in an event-driven environment.
• Valid Maricopa County Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain one before employment).

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and menu items according to recipes and production schedules.
• Assist with grill, prep, line, or banquet production as assigned.
• Follow BEOs and recipes to ensure food is prepared accurately and on time.
• Maintain proper food temperatures throughout preparation and service.
• Rotate, label, date, and store products using FIFO procedures.
• Practice proper food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety at all times.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Communicate inventory needs and food quality concerns to kitchen leadership.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing deliveries.
• Support fellow team members and work multiple stations when needed.
• Complete opening, closing, and daily cleaning responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support kitchen operations.
