MBK Senior Living is seeking a Cook to join our Dining Services team on a full-time schedule. You will prepare meals per menus and recipes, ensure quality and safety, and work under the guidance of the Executive Chef and Director of Dining Services.

The role requires 2+ years in cooking and a current ServSafe certification, with a High School Diploma or GED. Benefits are provided in a comprehensive package as part of full-time employment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Current Food Handler’s Certification/Permit.
• Current ServSafe Certification required.
• Culinary Arts degree or formal vocational training from an accredited institution, preferred.
• 2+ years of cooking, food preparation, and kitchen safety experience.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare all food items per planned menus and recipes, ensuring high-quality, nutritional meals.
• Maintain proper food storage, labeling, and inventory controls.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and HACCP standards and report issues.
• Collaborate with the Director of Dining Services or Executive Chef on menu changes.
