MBK Senior Living is seeking a full-time Cook to prepare meals per recipes and oversee the Dining Services Department under direction from the Director of Dining Services. You will contribute to a resident-focused dining program, maintain food safety, and support a collaborative kitchen culture.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Age over 18 years.
• Background clearance as required by government regulations.
• Current Food handlers permit.
• Minimum of two years’ experience cooking.
• Negative TB test results.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to operate computer and basic software (Word, Email, Excel).

Aufgaben

• Arrive on time and prepared for your shift.
• Prepare all food items in accordance with planned menus and recipes.
• Ensure food served at correct temperature and properly plated.
• Maintain clean and organized kitchen and dining areas.
• Follow all governmental, sanitary, and dietitian regulations.
