MBK Senior Living is hiring a Cook to lead the heart of our kitchen, delivering delicious, nutritious meals that support residents’ well-being. You will oversee dining services under the guidance of the Executive Chef and Directors, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.

The role requires a strong background in food preparation, menu execution, and HACCP awareness, with English communication and a collaborative spirit to enhance resident satisfaction within a hospitality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication skills, including the ability to speak, write, and read English.
• Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and operating standard office equipment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare all food items in accordance with planned menus and recipes, ensuring high-quality, appealing meals.
• Prepare menu items per standardized recipes, ensuring proper stocking and inventory use.
• Ensure compliance with all governmental, sanitary, and dietitian regulations, reporting infractions as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation and proper food storage.
• Interact professionally with residents, guests, and staff, incorporating feedback on meal quality.
