Qualifications

• TB test negative.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items in accordance with recipes and planned menus.
• Oversee the Dining Services Department under the Director of Dining Services.
• Ensure food served at correct temperatures and properly presented.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas.
• May supervise servers and dishwashers.
• Manage upcoming menu items and inventory as directed.
