Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 2 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of basic operation of equipment and food-handling procedures preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good working knowledge of food preparation.
• Must be able to read and follow a recipe unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food in accordance with current applicable standards to ensure high-quality service.
• Follow basic recipes and directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking and serving foods.
• Estimate food requirements, check production, and keep records to plan production needs.
• Significant walking or other mobility required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
