Qualifications

• 4+ years of related food service experience preferred.
• Team-oriented, reliable, with strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, cook, and present hot and cold items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and events.
• Follow complex recipes and product directions.
• Produce batches using classical and contemporary techniques.
• May oversee production staff and assign tasks.
• Attend shifts on time and fulfill other duties as required.
