Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 0 to 2 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of basic operation of equipment and food-handling procedures preferred.
• Ability to read and follow a recipe unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food in accordance with current standards to ensure high-quality service.
• Follow recipes for preparing, seasoning, cooking, and serving foods.
• Estimate food requirements and keep records for production planning.
• Walk or stand for extended periods and move as needed.
• Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 35 pounds regularly.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time and reliably.
