Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Cook to prepare and present a variety of hot and cold dishes according to culinary standards. You’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen, maintain cleanliness, and ensure safe food handling across meal periods and events.

The role requires basic kitchen skills, the ability to follow recipes and directions, and a commitment to quality. Some weekends/holidays may be required, with a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of related work experience.
• Ability to follow written instructions.
• Ability to follow verbal instructions.
• Good working knowledge of food preparation.
• Must read and follow recipes unsupervised.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present hot and cold items per Sodexo standards.
• Work in a fast-paced kitchen while ensuring safety and sanitation.
• Assist with portioning, timing, and plating for all meal periods.
• Support kitchen teamwork and adhere to client requirements.
• Possibly assist with events and special menus.
