Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Fremont, OH, is seeking a Cook to prepare and serve high-quality meals that support residents' health and well-being. You will ensure all food is prepared according to established safety and sanitation standards while creating a positive dining experience.

You will work closely with the Food Service Manager on inventory, set up breakfast bars, supervise Dietary staff when the manager is unavailable, and help maintain clean, organized kitchen areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years similar cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh scratch-made meals using a recipe for residents according to planned menus and dietary guidelines.
• Assist the Food Service Manager with inventory control and ordering supplies.
• Properly store food and kitchen supplies to maintain freshness and prevent waste.
• Supervise and support Dietary staff when the Food Service Manager is unavailable.
• Set up breakfast bars, steam tables, and other meal service stations.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas and ensure all kitchen cleaning tasks are completed.
• Prepare and stock snacks and standard pantry items for resident areas
• Utilize technology and computerized systems to efficiently and safely create a great dining experience for our residents and families.
