Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Cook to prepare and serve high-quality meals for residents, ensuring safety and sanitation standards. You will support the Food Service Manager with inventory, supervise dietary staff when needed, and maintain clean, well-organized kitchens to deliver a positive dining experience.

The position emphasizes teamwork, adherence to menus and dietary guidelines, and the use of technology to enhance service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years similar cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh scratch-made meals using a recipe for residents according to planned menus and dietary guidelines.
• Assist the Food Service Manager with inventory control and ordering supplies.
• Properly store food and kitchen supplies to maintain freshness and prevent waste.
• Supervise and support Dietary staff when the Food Service Manager is unavailable.
• Set up breakfast bars, steam tables, and other meal service stations.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas and ensure all kitchen cleaning tasks are completed.
• Prepare and stock snacks and standard pantry items for resident areas.
• Utilize technology and computerized systems to efficiently and safely create a great dining experience for our residents and families.
