Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh scratch-made meals for residents per recipes and dietary guidelines.
• Assist the Food Service Manager with inventory control and ordering supplies.
• Store food and supplies properly to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
• Supervise and support Dietary staff when the Manager is unavailable.
• Set up breakfast bars and service stations for meals.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and complete kitchen cleaning tasks.
• Stock snacks and pantry items for resident areas.
• Use computerized systems to create efficient dining experiences.
