Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Cook to prepare high-quality meals supporting resident health and well-being. You will ensure safety and sanitation standards while creating a positive dining experience for residents and families.

Responsibilities include following planned menus, inventory assistance, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and supervising Dietary staff when the Food Service Manager is unavailable. Prior cooking experience preferred.

• Basic food safety and sanitation knowledge required.
• Ability to follow recipes and dietary guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh scratch-made meals for residents according to planned menus.
• Assist the Food Service Manager with inventory control and ordering supplies.
• Store food and kitchen supplies properly to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
• Supervise and support Dietary staff when the Food Service Manager is unavailable.
• Set up breakfast bars, steam tables, and other meal service stations.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas and complete kitchen cleaning tasks.
• Prepare and stock snacks and pantry items for resident areas.
• Utilize technology and computerized systems to ensure efficient, safe dining experiences.
