Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Hamilton, OH is seeking a Cook to prepare scratch-made meals for residents per planned menus and dietary guidelines. You will assist the Food Service Manager with inventory and supplies, store food properly, and supervise staff when needed.

Responsibilities include setting up service stations, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, stocking snacks, and using tech systems to deliver a high-quality dining experience for residents and families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Minimum of 1–2 years similar cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh scratch-made meals using a recipe for residents according to planned menus and dietary guidelines.
• Assist the Food Service Manager with inventory control and ordering supplies.
• Properly store food and kitchen supplies to maintain freshness and prevent waste.
• Supervise and support Dietary staff when the Food Service Manager is unavailable.
• Set up breakfast bars, steam tables, and other meal service stations.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas and ensure all kitchen cleaning tasks are completed.
• Prepare and stock snacks and standard pantry items for resident areas.
• Utilize technology and computerized systems to efficiently and safely create a great dining experience for our residents and families.
