Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Hamilton, OH is seeking a Cook to prepare and serve high-quality, scratch-made meals that support resident health. You will follow established safety and sanitation standards while delivering a positive dining experience.

You will assist the Food Service Manager with inventory and ordering, set up breakfast bars and service stations, supervise dietary staff when needed, and use kitchen tech to create a great dining experience for residents and families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years similar cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare scratch-made meals according to planned menus and dietary guidelines.
• Assist the Food Service Manager with inventory control and ordering supplies.
• Properly store food and kitchen supplies to maintain freshness and prevent waste.
• Supervise and support Dietary staff when the Food Service Manager is unavailable.
• Set up breakfast bars, steam tables, and other meal service stations.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas and complete kitchen cleaning tasks.
• Prepare and stock snacks and standard pantry items for resident areas.
• Utilize technology and computerized systems to create a great dining experience for residents and families.
