Responsibilities

• Prepare food for the restaurant, banquets, and special events at high quality.
• Properly and efficiently prepare and present all food items, accommodating guest requests.
• Rotate inventory to minimize waste and spoilage.
• Maintain cleanliness of all food prep areas.
• Assist with ordering necessary food supplies as directed.
• Set up hot and cold line stations per specifications.
• Communicate guest requests to appropriate supervisor.
• Report hazards and safety concerns immediately.
• Follow safety rules and use equipment properly.
• Perform cross-training and other tasks as directed.
