OTO Development is seeking a Cook for on-site restaurant, banquets, and events. You will prepare, plate, and present high-quality dishes while maintaining clean prep areas and adhering to safety rules.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of restaurant Operations incl. food/bev, restaurant and banquet service techniques, and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food for restaurant on property, banquets, and events with high quality.
• Present and plate all items, accommodating guest requests.
• Rotate stock to minimize waste; maintain cleanliness of prep areas.
• Assist with ordering food supplies and set up hot/cold line stations.
• Communicate guest requests to supervisor promptly and professionally.
• Follow safety rules and wear appropriate equipment; report hazards immediately.
• Cross-train as directed and perform additional tasks as needed.
