OTO Development is seeking a Cook to prepare food for the on-site restaurant, banquets, and special events with high quality standards. You will rotate and present dishes, accommodate guest requests, and maintain clean prep areas while following safety rules.

The role requires English communication, the ability to work under pressure, and contributing to a positive team environment on site at our Scottsdale location.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of restaurant operations, food/beverage, banquet service, and health and safety regulations.
• Ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food for restaurant, banquets, and special functions at high quality.
• Efficiently prepare and present all food items, accommodating guest requests.
• Rotate food to minimize waste and maintain quality in storage.
• Maintain internal cleanliness of all prep areas.
• Assist with ordering food supplies as directed.
• Set up hot and cold line stations per specifications.
• Communicate guest requests to supervisors promptly.
• Report suspicious activities and hazardous conditions.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of work areas at all times.
• Follow safety rules for equipment and machinery.
• Cross-train as directed and perform other tasks.
