Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a culinary professional with strong communication skills and at least three years of line or fine dining experience. A culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred, and the candidate should be capable of basic to intermediate cooking techniques, including soups, sauces, stocks, frying, and broiling.

The role may require taking direction in the supervisor's absence and supporting multiple kitchen stations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
