As a hands-on marketer, you’ll test headlines, layouts, and CTAs, develop patient-focused messaging, and collaborate with leadership to drive inquiries, leads, and admissions while working on-site in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience creating digital advertising content and landing pages.
• Strong copywriting and content development skills.
• Understanding of lead generation and conversion funnels.
• Experience with landing page builders, CMS platforms, or website content management systems.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization principles.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Figma.
• 1-2 years experience working with CMS platforms, WordPress preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advertising Creative Development: Create compelling advertising concepts aligned with target audiences, service lines, and marketing objectives.
• Landing Page Development: Create and maintain landing pages designed to maximize conversions, with persuasive copy and conversion-focused UX.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze landing page and campaign performance; continuously test headlines, layouts, CTAs, form lengths, hero images and social proof.
• Audience & Message Development: Develop messaging tailored to specific patient/client segments; identify campaign themes and value propositions.
• Campaign Collaboration: Ensure ad creative and landing pages align with campaign objectives and audience targeting strategies; support launches with assets.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor metrics like Conversion Rate, Form Completion Rate, Bounce Rate, Time on Page, Cost Per Lead; provide data-driven recommendations.
