• Confirm event requirements and function orders.
• Coordinate room blocks, setups, AV, and F&B.
• Lead pre con meetings and communicate updates.
• Be on site contact for program execution.
• Manage changes, billing, and post event review.
• Maintain accurate records and timelines.
