DoubleTree by Hilton Paradise Valley - Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Convention Services Manager to drive revenue through catering and group events. You will act as the primary liaison for groups after booking, finalize details, coordinate room blocks, AV and F&B, and lead pre-con meetings to ensure flawless execution across departments.

This full-time swing-shift role requires top-notch organization, strong communication, calm under pressure, and flexibility to work holidays and weekends.

Job Details: Job Location: DoubleTree by Hilton Paradise Valley - Scottsdale, AZ 85250, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 Salary/year, Job Shift: Swing, As the Convention Services Manager, you are instrumental in delivering exceptional event experiences while driving revenue performance. You will cultivate and grow catering accounts, re-engage past clients, and strengthen existing relationships to achieve and exceed catering and associated room revenue goals aligned with the hotel's Business Plan.

You are meticulous, client focused, and skilled at coordinating complex group events.
