Canopy Hotels Scottsdale Old Town is seeking an Executive Meeting Manager to lead a portfolio of small meetings, social events, and group opportunities from inquiry through execution and follow-up. You will support the Sales team with group details, proposals, and documentation, ensuring seamless communication between clients and hotel departments.

• Minimum 2 years of hospitality sales or event management experience.
• Experience with Delphi.fdc or similar hotel sales systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple groups and deadlines.
• Sales-focused with ability to upsell and cross-sell.
