Dimension-Hospitality,-LLC is seeking a Convention Services Manager to orchestrate planning and execution of group events from post-contract planning through on-site delivery. You will coordinate with hotel departments to ensure flawless meetings, conferences, and social events, while maintaining strong client relationships and attention to detail.

The role requires leadership in pre-convention meetings, BEO preparation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional guest

Competenze

• Experience in hotel convention services or event planning.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple events and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary contact for group and event clients after contracts are signed.
• Coordinate all event details including meeting space, guest room blocks, catering, AV, and room setups.
• Prepare and distribute banquet event orders (BEOs) and other event documentation.
• Lead pre-convention and pre-event meetings to ensure seamless communication across departments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Catering, Food & Beverage, Operations, and other teams to execute successful events.
