Dimension Hospitality Group is seeking a Convention Services Manager in Arlington, VA to lead flawless execution of group events from planning through completion.

You will serve as the liaison between clients and hotel operations, coordinating with Sales, Catering, F&B, and Operations to deliver seamless meetings, conferences, and social events while ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary contact for group and event clients after contracts are signed.
• Coordinate all event details including meeting space, guest room blocks, catering, AV, and room setups.
• Prepare and distribute banquet event orders (BEOs) and other documentation.
• Lead pre-convention and pre-event meetings for cross-department communication.
• Collaborate with Sales, Catering, Food & Beverage, Operations, and other teams to execute events.
• Monitor on-site event activities and address client requests or operational challenges.
• Manage event changes, billing accuracy, and post-event follow-up.
• Maintain detailed records, timelines, and client communications for exceptional service.
• Build strong client relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
