Job summary

Marvin seeks a CEPG Controls Team Supervisor in Fargo, ND to lead the Controls Technicians while continuing to perform controls work. You will mentor team members, coordinate projects, and collaborate with SCADA, PLC, and database specialists to integrate sophisticated automated manufacturing equipment.

Ideal candidates bring strong controls troubleshooting, collaborative leadership, and a track record of empowering teams to own their work in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in engineering or related field.
• Manufacturing experience and project management skills.
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction for the Controls group while continuing to execute controls work.
• Interview candidates, train employees, plan work, balance workloads, and delegate tasks.
• Research, analyze, install, and test automation control systems to improve efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and programming issues.
• Manage projects and timelines, ensuring end-to-end completion with training.
• Liaise with vendors to align equipment and wiring with Marvin standards.
