Marvin is seeking a CEPG Controls Team Supervisor in Fargo, ND to lead the Controls group while continuing hands-on work. You will mentor technicians, coordinate projects, and collaborate with SCADA, PLC, and data systems experts to optimize automated manufacturing equipment.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, troubleshooting, and cross-functional teamwork to deliver on-time results and continuous improvement within a dynamic production environment.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction for the Controls group while executing controls work and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate Controls Technicians; oversee project timing and deliverables.
• Research, install, test, and optimize automation control systems to meet production demands.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure compliance with Marvin specifications.
