Job summary

Marvin is seeking a CEPG Controls Team Supervisor in Fargo, ND. You will lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of Controls Technicians while continuing to perform controls work on advanced manufacturing equipment.

You will collaborate with SCADA, database, and PLC specialists to integrate sophisticated systems and ensure on-time project delivery. The successful candidate will bring strong controls troubleshooting, collaborative leadership, and the ability to manage projects while empowering team

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1–2 years of related experience or training in manufacturing environment.
Strong project management and ability to meet timelines.
Experience mentoring and training team members.

Responsibilities

Provide direction for the Controls group while continuing to execute controls work.
Lead, mentor, and coordinate Controls Technicians to complete projects on time.
Research, analyze, install, and test automation control systems to improve machine efficiency.
Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and programming issues; implement preventive maintenance recommendations.
Manage projects and timelines, providing end-user training and liaison with vendors.
