Job summary

AAON, Inc. in Parkville, MO seeks a Technical Support Specialist to provide phone-based technical assistance to onsite field technicians and end users of AAON controls.

You will help test and troubleshoot digital controls, perform startup and field troubleshooting, and decide when escalation is needed to engineering teams. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent with optional technical training; HVAC or electrical exposure is a plus.

Education And Experience Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent. Any Technical Trade School training is preferred. Electrical Controls and Instrumentation Automation is a plus. HVAC or Electrical training is preferred.
