Responsibilities

## Controls Support Specialist IIApplylocations: Parkville, MOtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: JR103048**Job Description:****Summary:**Provides technical assistance over the phone to onsite field technicians and end users of AAON by performing the following duties.**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:*** Answers and solves technical support calls on AAON controls.* Assists in testing and troubleshooting AAON digital controls.* Performs job site startup and troubleshooting with field personnel.* Evaluates the need for escalation to Mechanical Support / Engineering and Controls Engineering.* Performs administrative duties associated with controls support position.* Use Test Bench to assist field technicians with hardware I/O, SOO, and Applications.* Must be available for afterhours field support during the work week, weekends, and holidays as needed. This is subject to change according to business needs.**Education and Experience Requirements:**High School Diploma or equivalent. Any Technical Trade School training is preferred. Electrical Controls and Instrumentation Automation is a plus.
