An established building automation and systems integration company is growing its Denver team and looking for a Controls Sales Engineer to help build on an already successful operation.
This is an opportunity for an experienced controls salesperson to step into an established market with existing customers, strong relationships and real project opportunities already in motion.
You won't be asked to recreate the wheel.
The Denver team has an established customer base, strong backlog and the infrastructure to support continued growth. Their work includes some of the region's most complex facilities, including laboratories, data centers, manufacturing, higher education and stadiums.
The opportunity now is to add another strong salesperson to a team that already has the customers, projects and infrastructure in place to support success.
As a Controls Sales Engineer, you'll work with customers to understand their needs and develop HVAC controls and building automation solutions for complex facilities.
You'll be involved in:
This is technical sales - not transactional sales.
You don't need to be a controls programmer, but you should understand the HVAC/mechanical environment you're selling into and be comfortable talking with sophisticated customers, engineers and mechanical contractors.
Experience with HVAC controls, BAS, building automation, Tridium Niagara or Schneider Electric is highly valued.
We're looking for someone who knows how to sell - but also understands what they're selling.
You may come from a background such as:
A Mechanical, Electrical, Construction or related engineering degree is preferred, but relevant experience is equally important.
The compensation package is designed around the experience and production of the individual we hire.
Additional benefits include:
This is an established building automation and systems integration organization with a long history in the industry and a growing national footprint.
The company has the financial backing and resources of a larger organization while maintaining a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where local leadership has significant autonomy.
The Denver team continues to invest in its people, customers and market.
If you're an experienced controls salesperson looking for an established market, sophisticated projects and a company that gives you the resources to succeed without micromanaging how you get there, we'd like to hear from you.
