Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Building Automation Sales professional in Denver, CO. You will build relationships with building owners, engineers and contractors, identify new project opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through project handoff.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in BAS, HVAC controls, or technical sales, a solid grasp of BAS design and networking, and experience with estimating and proposals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in building automation, HVAC controls, or technical sales.
• Strong BAS design, controls sequences, and networking basics.
• Experience with estimating, proposals, and take-offs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated; able to manage a territory with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with building owners, engineers, and contractors.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities in building automation and energy management.
• Perform site visits, develop system designs, and prepare proposals, estimates, and take-offs.
• Work with internal teams to create accurate scopes of work and technical documentation.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through project handoff.
• Stay up to date on BAS technologies, market trends, and competitive offerings.
