Job summary

Dynamic Controls Inc. (DCI) seeks a Security Sales Engineer (Outside Sales) for an on-site role in Centennial, CO. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, present integrated door access and Video Management System solutions, and lead proposals with internal engineering teams.

Responsibilities include site visits, technical assessments, demonstrations, and maintaining long-term client relationships while meeting revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in security systems or related technical solutions.
• Strong technical aptitude for integrated building systems (card access, video, intercom).
• Ability to interpret specifications and translate needs into designs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and required reports.
• Comfort with GUI tools for demonstrations and proposals.
• Able to work independently in the field and coordinate with teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/tech/business or equivalent.
• Prior experience with security platforms is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and local travel willingness.
