Job summary
Eden Capital Careers seeks a skilled Controls Engineer for our southwest suburban Atlanta facility. You will troubleshoot and program equipment, lead automation projects, and improve safety, efficiency and uptime in a high‑volume environment.
This role requires expertise in Allen-Bradley PLCs, electrical systems, and robotics. Relocation assistance and strong benefits are available; a competitive salary package is offered.
Qualifications
- Four years of technical education or degree, or two years of technical education with related experience.
- Prefer at least 5 years as a controls engineer, but consider 2+ years with strong potential.
Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with Maintenance, Toolroom, Manufacturing Engineering and Production to support operations.
- Troubleshoot production equipment from 24V to 480V, diagnose faults and implement corrective actions.
- Provide controls engineering expertise for projects, including design, programming, commissioning and troubleshooting.
- Lead projects with coordination of activities, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Prepare technical reports, FATs, and documentation for control systems.
- Ensure compliance with OHSA and internal safety standards.
