Job summary

Acloché LLC in Wyoming, MI is seeking a Controls Engineer II to own the full engineering lifecycle of custom automation and process control systems. You will drive inception through validation, programming, integration, debugging, and on-site commissioning, applying strong electrical design and software architecture skills.

You will collaborate across mechanical, project management, and sales teams, and contribute to safety compliance while traveling up to 15% for system integration at customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/automation or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years designing, building, and programming custom automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement machine control architectures using PLCs and HMI.
• Program and debug complex automation and robot systems.
• Lead system integration, commissioning, and on-site startup.
• Ensure safety and compliance with industry standards.
