Job summary

CFH Controls is seeking an experienced Controls Account Manager to grow our customer base across the Pacific Northwest. You will develop new opportunities, nurture long-term relationships with building owners, and present CFH Controls services with measurable value.

Expect field travel and site visits as part of a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate has HVAC/BAS sales experience, at least one year in field sales, and strong knowledge of the construction industry with financial acumen for

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of successful field sales experience.
• Minimum 1 year of HVAC or Building Automation Systems sales experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC and/or construction industry.
• Financial knowledge related to project costing and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customer relationships and sales opportunities
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with building owners and customers
• Present and promote CFH Controls services while demonstrating value
• Qualify and close new sales opportunities
• Develop scopes of work and service agreements
• Maintain up-to-date information on sales opportunities
• Visit customer locations and job sites as needed
