QP Group is seeking an Account Executive to lead HVAC, energy services and building automation sales in the Pacific Northwest from Seattle, WA. You will develop new business and grow key accounts within commercial, industrial, and institutional markets, collaborating with operations and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in HVAC, energy services or BAS sales, a proven track record of expanding accounts, and strong relationship-building with facility

Qualificações

• 5+ years of HVAC, mechanical, energy services or building automation sales experience.
• Proven track record of developing new business and growing accounts.
• Experience selling into commercial, industrial or institutional markets.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial approach with ability to grow a market.

• Developing new business and expanding existing customer relationships.
