Trane Technologies in Iowa is seeking a Control Sales Leader to lead area sales for controls and digital services projects sold through the Contracting and Services revenue streams. You will build lasting relationships with engineers, contractors, and owners, and maximize account penetration and customer retention.

You will also hire, train, and coach Account Managers, set quotas, forecast sales, and promote Trane Systems linkage programs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, business or equivalent from a four-year college or university preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum five years of related experience in a sales leadership role, with leadership experience preferred.
• Driver license valid and in-state for at least 12 months, with no major traffic violations in the past 3 years.

Responsabilidades

• Overall responsibility for customer and area sales management, new customer acquisition, customer satisfaction measurement, price management, marketing, maximizing account penetration, market penetration, customer retention, hiring and onboarding of new sales associates, training, setting quotas, accurate sales forecasting, and use of Trane sales tools.
• Achieve annual objectives regarding profit, volume, margins, business mix, and share.
• Promote all Trane Systems linkage programs including In-Warranty-Service Agreements and Building Automation to Service where appropriate.
• Assemble high-performance teams and coordinate with Account Managers with differing business development requirements.
• Manage ongoing performance by monitoring and coaching Account Managers’ effectiveness and efficiency.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and sales team.
