Job summary

Reworld Waste, LLC in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Control Room Operator to lead and direct plant operations under the shift Supervisor. You will monitor all plant systems, respond to alarms, and execute start-up and shutdown procedures to ensure safe and efficient performance.

The role requires a HS diploma, ASME QRO provisional license within a year, and strong leadership. Field presence during outages and a rotating 12-hour shift including weekends may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• ASME QRO Provisional Licensing exam within the first year.
• Strong leadership and ability to stay alert for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Understand and train Operators on boiler, turbine, and auxiliary equipment.
• Maintain logs, monitor indicators, and report abnormal conditions.
• Guide Crane, Auxiliary, and Back Plant Operators for safe, efficient operation.
• Respond to operational alarms and take corrective action during outages.
• Prioritize tasks during emergencies and provide clear directions.
