Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Control Room Operator to lead and direct a team responsible for safe, efficient plant operations. You will monitor boiler, turbine and auxiliary systems, respond to alarms, and ensure start-up and shut-down procedures are executed correctly.

The role requires a High School diploma, ASME QRO licensing within a year, and the ability to work a rotating 12‑hour shift including weekends. Strong leadership, readiness to work at heights, and compliance with safety standards are

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• ASME QRO Provisional Licensing exam within first year.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills, and alertness on duty.
• Ability to read blueprints, P&IDs, and schematic specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct Operators to oversee plant operations.
• Monitor plant systems continuously and respond to alarms.
• Train other Operators on boiler, turbine, and steam cycles.
• Manage events during emergencies with clear directions.
• Attend outages in the field as required.
