Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Successful completion of ASME QRO Provisional Licensing exam within the first year of holding the position.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills; must stay alert during long periods of sitting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct Operators under the shift Supervisor.
• Monitor boiler, turbine, and auxiliary equipment operations.
• Respond to operational alarms with immediate corrective action.
