Job summary

Reworld Projects, LLC is seeking a Control Room Operator to lead and direct plant operators, ensuring safe and efficient operation of the facility. You will monitor boiler, turbine and auxiliary equipment, respond to alarms, and train others to uphold Reworld’s safety standards.

The role requires field presence during outages, 12-hour rotating shifts, and the ability to work weekends/holidays. A High School Diploma and ASME QRO provisional licensing within the first year are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• ASME QRO Provisional Licensing must be completed within the first year.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills; ability to stay alert during long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct operators under the shift supervisor.
• Monitor plant systems continuously and respond to alarms with corrective actions.
• Train other Operators on operating principles and safety.
• Provide guidance during outages and emergencies; participate in start-up/shut-down procedures.
• Maintain logs and calculations; communicate abnormal conditions to supervision.
