Job summary

Reworld Projects, LLC is seeking a Control Room Operator to execute start-up and shutdown procedures, ensuring plant operations meet safety, environmental, and efficiency commitments. You will guide Crane, Auxiliary, and Back Plant Operators and respond to alarms with clear, decisive actions.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, ASME QRO provisional licensing within the first year, and be able to work 12-hour rotating shifts in a demanding industrial environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• ASME QRO Provisional Licensing exam must be completed within the first year.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to Crane, Auxiliary, and Back Plant Operators to maintain a safe and efficient operation.
• Monitor operations systems and boiler, turbine, and auxiliary equipment operations.
• Read blueprints, P&IDs, and schematic specifications.
• Manage critical events and prioritize tasks during emergencies with clear directions.
• Respond to operational alarms and take immediate corrective action.
• Apply best practices to support safety and operational goals.
