Job summary

Reworld Projects in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking a seasoned Control Room Operator to lead and direct plant operations on a rotating 12-hour shift. You will monitor boiler, turbine, and auxiliary systems, respond to alarms, and support safe, efficient generation.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, ASME QRO licensing within the first year, and strong leadership skills to guide Operators and ensure regulatory compliance and environmental performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• ASME QRO provisional licensing within first year.
• Ability to read blueprints, P&ID's, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant systems continuously and respond to alarms.
• Direct Operators to maintain safe and efficient operation.
• Maintain logs and notify supervisor of abnormal conditions.
• Lead during outages and fieldwork on site.
• Ensure regulatory and environmental compliance.
