Job summary

Higgsfield AI is a fully remote role based in the United States, with occasional travel to our San Francisco office for team meetings and collaboration. We are seeking a highly organized Contract Manager to own the contracting lifecycle and scale our processes across Legal, Finance, and GTM.

You will draft, negotiate, and manage NDAs and commercial agreements, own Ironclad workflows, templates, and reporting, and drive automation to speed contracts while maintaining risk controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in contract management, legal operations, or commercial operations at a high-growth tech company.
• Hands-on Ironclad experience building workflows, templates, approvals, permissions, and reporting.
• Ability to negotiate NDAs and draft commercial markups from playbooks.
• Strong knowledge of contracting lifecycles and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of commercial agreements including creator/influencer, agency MSAs, and NDAs.
• Own contract intake across Growth, Marketing, PR, Recruiting, Finance, and B2B.
• Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs using approved playbooks and templates.
• Coordinate approvals and finalize signatures with Legal and Finance.
• Build and maintain Ironclad workflows, templates, and reporting.
