Job summary

Anthropic, a Seattle/San Francisco based AI safety company, is hiring a Contracts Manager to support enterprise and technology transactions. You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial and procurement contracts, partnering with Product, Sales, Finance, and Legal to scale contracting processes.

You will manage deals from first redline through signature, identify risks, and drive improvements in templates and playbooks.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts in technology transactions.
• Ability to lead negotiations with enterprise customers and vendors.
• Experience supporting sales, product, and legal teams on complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Draft, analyze, negotiate, and close complex commercial and procurement transactions with enterprise customers, vendors, and partners.
• Propose scalable contracting processes to improve efficiency.
• Streamline contract management and identify potential risks with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Sales on live negotiations and resolve issues with customers' legal/procurement teams.
• Manage deals from first redline to signature and drive next steps.
