Job summary

Higgsfield in San Francisco is seeking a contracts lead to manage day-to-day business contracts, including creator and agency deals, NDAs, and vendor agreements, while building a scalable contract-tracking system. You will rely on Ironclad to enforce playbooks and keep stakeholders updated without being chased.

This role embraces automation and AI-assisted review to route requests, summarize documents, and improve workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with contract lifecycle management systems, especially Ironclad.
• Ability to manage stakeholder updates and communicate clearly.
• Experience building or cleaning up contract workflows and playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day contracts, including creator/agency deals, NDAs and vendor agreements.
• Build and scale the contract-tracking system and ensure timely updates.
• Follow established playbooks and know when to escalate to Legal.
• Improve cycle time reporting and automate repetitive filing tasks.
• Experiment with automation and AI-assisted review to speed workflows.
